Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Doodlhana Welfare Association (hereinafter "the Association") and its members regarding the use of the online services (including website and mobile services) and donation services provided by the Association.

"Donation Funds" refer to money or goods voluntarily contributed by the Member to achieve the Association's mission.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms shall take effect for all members who intend to use the Association's Services.
The Association may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws, including the "Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions."
When the Association amends the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and the reason for the amendment, and notify the members via email and post the amended Terms on the Association's website 7 days prior to the effective date.
A Member who does not agree to the amended Terms may withdraw at any time. If the Member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 4 (Application of Non-Specified Rules)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws, including the "Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions," the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce," and the "Personal Information Protection Act," as well as detailed service guidelines established by the Association.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Eligibility)
Service users shall apply for membership by agreeing to these Terms and providing personal information through social login methods (Google, Kakao, etc.) provided by the Association.
The Association shall collect only the minimum required identification information upon registration. Additional personal information (name, date of birth, address, etc.) necessary for substantial service use, such as donation commitment, may be collected with separate consent.
Members must be 14 years of age or older. If a child under 14 wishes to register as a donor member, consent from a legal guardian (parent, etc.) must be obtained.
The Association may refuse approval, restrict, or suspend membership eligibility for applications falling under any of the following subparagraphs:
If the applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms.
If the registration contains false, missing, or erroneous information.
If registration is deemed to significantly impede the operation of the Association.
Article 6 (Member’s Obligations)
Members must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, service guidelines, and matters announced by the Association, and must not interfere with the Association's operations.
Members must accurately and truthfully input all personal information (name, date of birth, address, contact information, etc.) provided additionally during service use, such as donation. The Member shall bear any disadvantages arising from providing false information.
If any registered information changes, the Member must immediately revise it online or notify the responsible department of the change. The Member shall bear any disadvantages arising from the failure to notify the Association of changes.
Members must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, service guidelines, and matters announced by the Association, and must not interfere with the Association's operations.
Members must accurately and truthfully input all personal information (name, date of birth, address, contact information, etc.) provided additionally during service use, such as donation. The Member shall bear any disadvantages arising from providing false information.
If any registered information changes, the Member must immediately revise it online or notify the responsible department of the change. The Member shall bear any disadvantages arising from the failure to notify the Association of changes.

Donation Funds shall be paid by the Member in the amount agreed upon periodically or as a one-time contribution.
Additional personal information (payment information, address, etc.) provided by the Member for donation payment and processing shall be used solely for the purpose of the Association's smooth execution of donation services.
The Association must transparently disclose the usage details of the Donation Funds at least once a year via its website or printed materials.
If a Member requests to change or stop the donation method, the Association must process the request immediately. However, for Automatic Transfer (CMS), the request must be made on a bank business day before the withdrawal date for the change to take effect in the current month.
The Association may report the information provided by the Member to the National Tax Service for the issuance of donation receipts.

In the event of temporary suspension of service provision, the Association shall notify the Member in advance as stipulated in Article 11. However, in the event of service suspension due to reasons beyond the Association's control, notification may be made afterward.
The Association may temporarily suspend the provision of all or part of the Service in the following cases:
When maintenance, replacement, failure, or communication outage occurs in information and communication facilities such as computers.
When force majeure events such as war, civil unrest, or natural disaster occur.

If the Member misappropriates another person's name or registers false information.
If the Member interferes with the Association's service use or threatens the order of electronic transactions, such as by stealing information.
If the Member causes harm to the Association or defames its reputation.
If the Member performs any act prohibited by law, these Terms, or against public morals.
A Member may request withdrawal at any time through methods determined by the Association, such as written notice, phone call, or online request, and the Association shall process the withdrawal immediately upon receiving the request.

Article 12 (Copyright of the Association)
The copyright and other intellectual property rights for all content (blog posts, images, data, design, text, etc.) created and posted by the Association on the Service or website belong to the Association.
The Member shall not use, copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise utilize information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Association, except for personal use that is not for commercial gain.

Article 14 (Disclaimer)
The Association shall be exempt from liability for the provision of services if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or equivalent causes.

The Association shall not be liable for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by the Member in connection with the Service.
The Association shall be exempt from liability for the provision of services if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or equivalent causes.

The Association shall not be liable for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by the Member in connection with the Service.

In the event of a lawsuit filed regarding a dispute between the Association and the Member, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Association shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

A Member may request withdrawal at any time through methods determined by the Association, such as written notice, phone call, or online request, and the Association shall process the withdrawal immediately upon receiving the request.
In the event a Member falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the Association may restrict, suspend, or terminate membership eligibility:
If the Member misappropriates another person's name or registers false information.
If the Member interferes with the Association's service use or threatens the order of electronic transactions, such as by stealing information.
If the Member causes harm to the Association or defames its reputation.
If the Member performs any act prohibited by law, these Terms, or against public morals.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights for all content (blog posts, images, data, design, text, etc.) created and posted by the Association on the Service or website belong to the Association.

In the event of a lawsuit filed regarding a dispute between the Association and the Member, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Association shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
