General (Designated) Donation: 15% deduction applied, up to 30% of income.
Special Case (Statutory) Donation: 15% deduction applied, up to 100% of income.
Donations exceeding KRW 10 million annually: 30% deduction applied to the excess amount.
[Corporate Sponsorship]
General (Designated) Donation: Included as deductible expense up to 10% of the income of each business year.
Special Case (Statutory) Donation: Included as deductible expense up to 50% of the income of each business year.
Amount exceeding the limit: Not included as deductible expense. (Subject to carryover regulations)
