As a Social Worker at the DuriHana Welfare Association, I realize that deeply understanding the lives of the various individuals with disabilities I meet daily is paramount. Through this process, I have gained the conviction that 'the essence of welfare is the relationship.'

While substantial material support is important, I witness firsthand that sincere care and consistent, ongoing relationship-building generate the largest and most sustainable changes in an individual's life.

My goal is to attentively listen to the voices of every individual who visits the Association, communicate with them, and provide the tailored support they genuinely need in a timely manner. Through warm companionship built on trust, I am committed to being a devoted Social Worker, striving to ensure everyone we meet can lead a happier and more hopeful daily life.
