As the Chairman of the DuriHana Welfare Association, I prioritize 'Welfare that Shares the Heart' as our foremost value. I believe the beginning of welfare is not found in grand rhetoric, but in approaching individuals with disabilities with genuine sincerity, sharing laughter and conversations in the field, and accompanying them deeply in their lives. All our efforts are focused on helping them lean comfortably on the world and live joyfully.

For me, welfare is synonymous with sincerity and trust toward humanity. I constantly strive with humility to be a neighbor who can be easily approached and a reliable companion whom they can trust and depend on.

Going forward, I will continue to walk this path unwaveringly, ensuring the DuriHana Welfare Association remains a steadfast space where people with disabilities can truly lead happy lives, and further, working to create an inclusive society where disabled and non-disabled individuals respect each other and stand united without distinction.
